Please bring the following items for your first day at camp:
~Mask (if you will be using one)
~Refillable water bottle
~Dress in layers (the room is very chilly–except when it’s not :))
~Morning snack (if you’d like)
~Sack lunch
~Beach towel (or something else to sit upon while writing outdoors)
~Bug spray, sunscreen, hat (if you use them)
~Backpack
We will provide a writer’s notebook and pen/pencil, but if you have specific writing materials that you like to use, you’re welcome to bring them along.
If you use a laptop, please make sure it’s fully charged and that you save frequently. Red Oak does not take responsibility for lost or damaged equipment. **Please be prepared to work off-line. We cannot guarantee reliable WiFi.
Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes for walking. We try to have outdoor writing time every day if the weather permits.
